Same Sex Marriage
Same-sex marriage begins today (11/12/2008) in Connecticut, while Cleveland mulls over a domestic partner registry and No more in California.
Why is it that I am free to love whomever I please, but I cannot marry the one I love, instead of having to go to Connecticut to get hitched that is, lol. I am pissed because, I’m not saying that I want to get married now, but damn it I want my choice. Its all good for a straight couple who love each other to get married, yeah thats ok, but for a gay/lesbian couple to do the same, its all wrong. Who the hell died and made the American government God. Thats some true BITCHASSNESS. I meet my soul mate, live with my soul mate to my dying days and the day comes for me to go home (heaven) my soul mate is fresh out of luck. Bull shit. I want the same priviledges as any straight couple. I want to be able to adopt children without being scrutinized because my partner just so happens to be the same sex as me. I want my choice to be able to marry the woman of my dreams where ever we choose to call home in America. Mr. Obama, you have some serious work to do……We love you though.
